I can highly recommend Diamond Factory. The webpage is easy to use and gives good explanations of what to look for in diamonds. I found the ring that I wanted and with the aid of an online chat with one of the jewellers chose the diamonds for my 25th wedding anniversary present to my wife. They guided me through the choices. The advise seemed honest, I did not feel pressured in any way and I did not feel that I was being steered towards more expensive options. The cost was very reasonable. Their lead time meant that the ring would arrive prior to the actual date but they made a note of the actual date. The ring arrived earlier than expected and looked fantastic. My wife was extremely happy with the ring. It really does look amazing. Thank you Diamond Factory. I can highly recommend them and would use them again. Great choice, advise, service and stunning jewellery!!!

The ring arrived as orderd but the ring was tight due to an error on my part , and returned to factory for adjustment,two weeks later had been resized and fitted perfectly. All completed from start to finish without drama, delivering a ring my wife loves

I would highly recommend the Diamonds Factory. I had been looking for an engagement ring for sometime and I found the high street brands to be very poor value even in the sales. I decided to look at the Hatton Garden sites and the Diamonds Factory seemed to have the most choice at very good prices. I chose a lovely engagement ring with a much larger diamond than I had envisaged in their half price sale. When it arrived it was slightly large and they have resized it for me free of charge. I have found their quality, prices and customer service to be exceptional.

I have to compliment Christina for her understanding and helpful manor with regard to me and my order. Initially, we had a problem with the order but Christina helped me through this and eventually the order was placed. Christina was patient with me explaining every step. I'm 68 and a bit nervous when purchasing on line and she took the time to be patient with me. I think Diamonds Factory have a real asset in Christina. good experience.I enjoyed selecting all aspects of my purchase and was very pleased with the result. It could be useful to show the actual size of the stones as us amateurs find it difficult to imagine the size ,of say,a 1carat stone. I would buy from you again.

Had to purchase the ring by video link due to lockdown, assistant was very helpful, and also sent a video of the ring on her finger to get a clearer idea of the stone size. It took about 5/6 weeks but very much worth the wait, as it is lovely. All paperwork emailed and very happy. J Harrison

Un bel emballage pour le cadeau à l'arrivée ce n'est pas tous les jours qu'on reçoit un diamant et un certificat d'authenticité pour l'assurance. Pour moi c'etait mon premier diamant je suis hyper contente il est super beau.

Très satisfait de mon achat, une bague en platine pour homme. Vanessa, la commerciale est une personne très professionnelle, agréable, à l'écoute, offrant de bon conseil, réactive... Malgré un petit défaut à réception du colis, l'atelier a été très réactif ( bague partie moins de 2 semaines) Délai respecté... Je recommande vivement ce site!!!!

Franchement je n’y croyait pas trop, vu le prix J’y ai acheté un solitaire (assez gros) en pendentif. Finalement je ne passerai plus que par eux pour les diamants Archi satisfait Sur la qualité sur la beauté et sur le service Vraiment je recommande J’en ai déjà parlé à toute ma famille Essayez une fois vous verrez bien, ils sont juste imbattable

Sélection facile sur le site avec des explications claires. Expédition rapide et emballage de la bague très mignon. J'ai demandé un envoi au plus rapide pour arriver avant une date précise et le service clientèle a été à l'écoute. Rien à redire.

Je suis ravie de ma commande, très jolie bague de fiançailles. J’étais un peu soucieuse dune telle commande, et j’en suis très contente un bague de qualité encore mieux que ce que j’espérais. Le seul bémol c’est que diamond factory ne propose pas la gravure de la bague .
